US Secondaries Fund III A/S
Nordic Bloom, in an exclusive partnership with Knightsbridge Advisors, which is registered as an investment advisor with the SEC, offers participation in US Secondaries Fund III. This fund will primarily invest in previously subscribed capital shares in American venture-funded companies (“secondaries”), either directly or indirectly through the purchase of capital shares in venture funds and similar entities containing portfolios of such capital shares. It is customary for Secondaries to be traded at a discount of 50-20% compared to their most recent valuation, making the returns on this type of investment quite attractive.
US Seed Fund II A/S
In an exclusive partnership with Rebel, Nordic Bloom offers participation in US SEED FUND II A/S, which exclusively invests in startups from Y Combinator, arguably the world’s most successful incubator and seed network. Rebel enjoys unique alumni access to Y Combinator. The partner team boasts a track record of successful startups and exits. Rebel selects a small portion of startups from Y Combinator’s batches using their AI model and in-depth personal interviews, a strategy that has positioned Rebel among the top 1% best-performing venture funds in the United States.

As an authorized manager of Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM), we have, as part of our governance, developed policies and procedures for all significant functional areas within the company, while also ensuring functional separation between all key functions.
In addition to this, the company has appointed an independent depositary to continuously oversee the company’s administration, including verifying the presence of assets.
Last but not least, Nordic Bloom is under the supervision of the Financial Supervisory Authority.
As an authorized manager, Nordic Bloom has the right to market funds in the EU/EEA, covering a total of 30 European countries, making the company a significant partner for non-EU/EEA funds. Nordic Bloom’s primary focus is the Nordic region.
